With 13 years of experience in digital transformation and automating manual workflows, she drives efficiency for both product and service clients. Before Talking Totem, she led part of the global sales operations team for the EMEA region at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and worked as a product operations manager at India’s largest matrimonial platform. Behind her quiet efficiency lurks a sweet-tooth monster—don’t ask her to share.
A certified Lean six sigma green belt, Kalai drives our process compliance, documentation, audit, and controls, and enables operational excellence by using analytics to build business transparency for leadership. Her immense expertise in Audit, Q&RM, Accountancy, Internal controls, and Data governance, ensures we maintain high-quality assurance in all our projects incorporating world-class standard protocols. She previously worked with Ernst & young and led the process compliance team that was responsible for managing the end-to-end audit procedures.
Shalini brings over 16 years of experience in operations, product, and process automation across industries. Her strong business understanding has helped optimize projects for major clients, from startups to enterprises. She previously served as the state head of customer service for India’s largest courier network and worked as an operations manager at BharatMatrimony. Her coordination and project management skills keep our work on time and within budget. She is also a certified Carnatic music professional.
Arjun brings a decade of experience in digital and product marketing, with a focus on building and scaling marketing teams across sectors including fitness tech, health and wellness, SaaS, blockchain, and IoT. His background in digital marketing and product management has helped clients grow their presence across B2C, D2C, and B2B markets. Arjun combines technical expertise with strategic planning in market development and customer acquisition, delivering strong ROI for the businesses he supports. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring and experimenting with artificial intelligence tools.
Gerard specializes in researching, validating, and enriching prospect leads across multiple industries using LinkedIn, online resources, and tools such as Seamless, Hunter, Apollo, and Zoho CRM. He ensures that lead data is accurate, complete, and well-organized by adding essential details including contact information, job roles, and company insights. With strong online research skills and a keen eye for detail, Gerard supports sales and marketing teams by maintaining high-quality CRM records, executing targeted outreach, and sending LinkedIn campaign invitations to boost engagement and drive lead-generation efforts.
